Aram Khachaturian Opera and Ballet Theater – An imposing building dedicated to the world-renowned Armenian composer. It is the center of the city's musical and theatrical life, hosting high-level performances of opera, ballet, and concerts.

Cascade Complex – An impressive marble staircase construction that connects the city center with the Monument neighborhood. From the top, there is a panoramic view of Yerevan and, weather permitting, the imposing Mount Ararat. The area also hosts the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, featuring outdoor modern sculptures and periodic art exhibitions that will impress you.
